A Norwegian, born and bred in Switzerland, I enjoy living in the vibrant cultural mosaic of London. Prior to becoming a coach, I studied at University College London (UCL) and worked in professional services for over 14 years. I built a career in sales and marketing and spent most if my career in investment consulting. I believe a more diverse and inclusive workforce is transformational to business performance and leading women's networks has given me the opportunity to help those seeking to develop a more effective and inclusive leadership style.
